Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Delaware here to guide you through life's most complex and difficult matters. Lauren has over 15 years of experience providing a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences in a variety of therapeutic settings.
Lauren strives to create a safe, inclusive space for clients to grow and thrive. She truly cares about client well-being and focuses on a person centered approach to best meet the needs of each individual client. ​

Meghan Hudson
MA, NCC, LPCMH
Meghan is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health, licensed in the State of Delaware. Meghan has over 16 years of experience in the field of mental health which include providing services in both Primary Care and Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital settings.
Meghan is very passionate about helping people reach their goals and treating the “whole person”. Meghan provides individual therapy to adults (18+) and specializes in working with clients with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and chronic health conditions. Meghan's approach is person-centered, creating a safe and therapeutic environment, with a focus on how to identify opportunities to incorporate self-care strategies, set healthy boundaries, and improve overall quality of life.

Niyanna Murphy
MS, NCC, LPCMH
Starting therapy is all about timing—when you're ready to explore, heal, and grow, Niyanna is here to support you. Niyanna works with adults using a multimodal approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-focused techniques. She understands that no single approach fits everyone, so she tailors her work to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

She takes a culturally informed approach, recognizing that experiences are shaped by many factors, and works with compassion to meet each person where they are. Genevieve Aucoin
MA, NCC, MT-BC
Genevieve is an Associate Counselor of Mental Health working towards her Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health. Genevieve holds a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master's in Music Therapy & Counseling. She has experience working with children and adults, individually and in groups, within a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, mobile therapy, schools, hospice, grief & bereavement, and medical hospitals.

Genevieve enjoys collaborating with her clients to co-create the therapy process, discovering what matters most to them, and empowering them to live out their values and priorities to the fullest. Her approach to therapy is existential at heart, but encompasses a variety of modalities and creative interventions, personalized to each client's needs.

Jill Slader-Young
MA, NCC, LPCMH
Jill is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through life’s most challenging moments. She specializes in working with survivors of trauma, including those affected by sexual assault, abuse, and domestic violence. Jill also has extensive experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and the emotional toll of major life transitions such as divorce, career changes, or loss.
In addition to individual therapy, Jill works with couples to improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate relationship challenges in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.

Jill’s therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Therapy, offering both practical strategies and a warm, empathetic environment where clients can feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Shardé Morris-Tate
MPH, MSW
Shardé is a Pre-Licensed therapist, specializing in Sex & Relationship Therapy.

Shardé brings a heart-centered, culturally responsive approach to psychotherapy, supporting individuals and couples as they navigate anxiety, depression, relational stress, and challenges around intimacy. With a Master’s in Public Health and an Masters in Social Work, she integrates psychoeducation, sex-positive frameworks, and evidence-based practices to help clients deepen self-awareness, improve communication, and reconnect with their emotional and relational well-being.

Jamie Kurlej
Intern
Jamie is a Master’s level counselor completing her graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wilmington University. Her clinical background involves working with children and families in behavioral health to promote healthy regulation strategies, communication skills, and behavior and emotion management.

Jamie is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and support. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in person-centered care, recognizing that each client is the expert of their own life. She works collaboratively with clients to identify goals and establish personalized treatment plans that foster growth and resilience through everyday stressors as well as more significant life events.

Jamie has experience working with children and adults affected by trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, substance use, and legal involvement. Above all, Jamie is committed to walking alongside her clients in a warm, supportive, and authentic way to help achieve goals and a sense of balance.
